Tim Howard

Founder & Owner

Tim is the President and Owner-Operator of HGI. His 40 years in the industry, creative design experience, and project leadership mean only one thing for your home: high-quality, durable, and beautiful cabinets for you to enjoy every day.

Cara Seeton

Designer

Cara's 18 years of experience in designing cabinets is invaluable, along with her attention to detail. Cara has been with HGI for over 13 years. Cara is married to Brett, and she is a proud mother of three children.

Brian Thomas

Installation Foreman

Brian Thomas is, without a doubt, the best cabinet installer in the business. His meticulous work is the envy of our competitors. Brian has been working with HGI for the past 27 years and supervises all installations. Brian is married to Samantha and the father of four children.

Jackson Howard

Shop Foreman

Jackson is our shop foreman; he makes sure nothing leaves the shop until it has passed all quality control steps before each cabinet heads to our finishing department. Jackson is also the son of Tim and Sendy Howard and married to his beautiful wife Annie with a gorgeous baby girl. Jackson has been part of team HGI 8 years now.

Justin Felder

Administrator and Vice President of HGI

Justin leads the day-to-day operations. He has fantastic people skills and also takes care of our payables and receivables, scheduling and making sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Justin is married to Tim's oldest daughter, Miranda, with two amazing kids. Justin has been with HGI for 10 years now.

Sendy Howard

Human Resources

Sendy oversees our HR department. Her natural people skills and sense of humor keep our office fun and engaged to meet your needs. Sendy is part of the creative research and development team and is also the wife of owner Tim Howard.
